He is uniquely equipped to mary quantitative and qualitative signals to create and execute long-term strategic improvements ranging from process improvement to technology adoption to service/product expansion.

Zack’s business thesis is to operate the business for the long-term, first ensuring stability before making changes. He is motivated by providing for employees, community engagement and consistent predictable growth.
