Zack has spent the last 15 years of his career in technology companies leading data science support for operations orgs ranging in size from dozens to hundreds of employees. In these roles he has honed his skills in leveraging data to drive organizational strategy.

He is uniquely equipped to marry quantitative and qualitative signals to create and execute long-term strategic improvements ranging from process improvement to technology adoption to service/product expansion.

Zack’s business thesis is to operate the business for the long-term, first ensuring stability before making changes. He is motivated by providing for employees, community engagement and consistent predictable growth.
